good video. im a steel worker, i actually made a jig pretty similar too yours but it was for a plasma cutter. how deep does that router cut? you think you could do a table top with that router?

It can cut as high as you can find a cutter for and as long as you want> I would say yes to the table top but I could use a support, such as the table where my saw is.
